- Cocoa powder - 15g
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Heavy cream - 100ml
- Dark chocolate (85% cocoa or higher) - 50g
- Egg - 1 large
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a small tart pan (about 10 cm in diameter).
