  • Pinch of salt - 1 g
  • Sugar-free dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher) - 30 g

Steps

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
