Ingredients

  • Cream cheese - 60 grams
  • Coconut oil - 30 grams
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 15 grams
  • Powdered erythritol - 20 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and coconut oil until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together until fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Scoop the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins, filling each cavity about three-quarters full.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer for about 1-2 hours or until the fat bombs are solid.
  6. Once set, remove the fat bombs from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
