  • Erythritol - 30g
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Unsweetened almond milk - 30ml
  • Melted coconut oil - 15ml
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch of salt

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease two small ramekins or a mini cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, erythritol, and a pinch of salt.
