- 2 large beef hot dogs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup low-carb chili (canned or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons diced onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 low-carb hot dog buns (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onions until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the low-carb chili to the skillet, followed by the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- While the chili is simmering, place the beef hot dogs on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until heated through.
