  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams

  • Garam masala - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Canned diced tomatoes - 200 grams
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, grated ginger, garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 7-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and slightly browned.
