- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cucumber - 100 grams, diced
- Tomato - 100 grams, diced
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lettuce leaves - for serving
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, yogurt, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and add them to the marinade. Mix well to coat and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
