- Red bell pepper - 1, chopped
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Chicken broth - 200 ml
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Thyme - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
