Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams, diced
  • Cauliflower rice - 300 grams
  • Tomato puree - 150 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 1, chopped
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Chicken broth - 200 ml
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Thyme - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Bay leaf - 1

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
