- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Italian seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add it to the skillet with garlic.
