  • Heavy cream - 120 ml
  • Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add it to the skillet with garlic.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
