- Chicken breast - 300 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Bell pepper (red) - 1 medium, sliced
- Bell pepper (green) - 1 medium, sliced
- Onion - 1 medium, sliced
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cauliflower rice - 200 grams
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Avocado - 1, sliced
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
