- Romaine lettuce - 150 grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Anchovy paste - 1 teaspoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Cauliflower croutons - 50 grams (optional)
Steps
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.
