Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 250 grams
  • Romaine lettuce - 150 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Anchovy paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Cauliflower croutons - 50 grams (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and no longer pink inside.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the Caesar dressing by whisking together olive oil, minced garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
