- 200 g boneless, skinless chicken breast - diced
- 2 medium zucchini - sliced
- 150 g cream cheese - softened
- 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 50 g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the diced chicken, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet, and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
- In a casserole dish, layer half of the zucchini slices, followed by the cooked chicken mixture, and then the remaining zucchini slices on top.
