Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Fresh spinach - 200 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for about 7-8 minutes per side until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
  6. Add the sautéed spinach and sliced chicken to the cheese mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  8. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
