  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
