- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken broth - 100 ml
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
Steps
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper, then add them to the skillet, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
