- Chicken breast - 300 grams, diced
- Mushrooms (button or cremini) - 200 grams, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Heavy cream - 100 milliliters
- Chicken broth - 100 milliliters
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted.
- Add the diced chicken and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
