- Chicken breast - 300 grams
- Leeks - 150 grams, sliced
- Heavy cream - 200 ml
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced leeks to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the skillet, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
