- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 400 grams
- 200 grams fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter - 30 grams
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil - 15 milliliters
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice - 15 milliliters
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme on both sides.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
