- Heavy cream - 120 ml
- Cream cheese - 60 grams
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the trimmed green beans. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
