  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 200 grams
  • Fresh green beans, trimmed - 150 grams
  • Heavy cream - 120 ml
  • Cream cheese - 60 grams
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the trimmed green beans. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
