Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Green beans - 200 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, then add to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the green beans and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with half of the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the sautéed green beans, then place the cooked chicken on top. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken, and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
