- Chicken breast - 300 grams
- Green beans - 200 grams
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, then add to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the green beans and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
