  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Frozen corn - 100 grams
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 small, diced
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Season the chicken breast with paprika, salt, and black pepper before adding it to the skillet.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until it is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set it aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the frozen corn and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
