- 2 large bell peppers (any color)
- 250 grams ground chicken
- 100 grams cream cheese, softened
- 50 grams shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and heated through.
