Ingredients

  • 2 large bell peppers (any color)
  • 250 grams ground chicken
  • 100 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 50 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and heated through.
  5. Stuff each bell pepper with the chicken and cheese mixture, packing it in tightly.
  6. Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
