Ingredients
- Shredded cooked chicken - 300 grams
- Almond flour tortillas - 4 pieces
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 150 grams
- Sour cream - 50 grams
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Take one almond flour tortilla and fill it with a portion of the chicken mixture. Roll it up and place it seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Once all the tortillas are in the dish, top them with the remaining cheddar cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
