Ingredients

  • Shredded cooked chicken - 300 grams
  • Almond flour tortillas - 4 pieces
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 150 grams
  • Sour cream - 50 grams
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Take one almond flour tortilla and fill it with a portion of the chicken mixture. Roll it up and place it seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  4. Once all the tortillas are in the dish, top them with the remaining cheddar cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
