- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 300 grams
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- 1/2 cup cream cheese - 120 grams
- 1 tablespoon olive oil - 15 ml
- 2 cloves garlic, minced - 6 grams
- 1 teaspoon paprika - 2 grams
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley - 15 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Season the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper, then add them to the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Once the chicken is browned, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each breast.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
