- Chicken breast - 300 grams
- Celery stalks - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Chicken broth - 100 ml
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add it to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Chop the celery into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Reduce the heat to low, then add cream cheese and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring until the cream cheese melts and creates a smooth sauce.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, mixing everything well. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
