Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Celery stalks - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Chicken broth - 100 ml
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add it to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Chop the celery into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Reduce the heat to low, then add cream cheese and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring until the cream cheese melts and creates a smooth sauce.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, mixing everything well. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
