Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams, cubed
  • Cauliflower florets - 300 grams
  • Heavy cream - 120 ml
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed chicken, cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the chicken and cauliflower mixture to a baking dish.
