- Chicken breast - 300 grams, diced
- Brussels sprouts - 200 grams, halved
- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chicken broth - 100 ml
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the diced chicken breast, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the halved Brussels sprouts and sauté for about 5-6 minutes until they start to soften.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and chicken broth, stirring until smooth. Add half of the shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
