Ingredients

  • 2 chicken thighs - skin-on, bone-in
  • 200 grams Brussels sprouts - halved
  • 60 ml heavy cream
  • 30 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley - chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and thyme, then place them skin-side down in the skillet. Sear for about 5-7 minutes until the skin is golden brown.
  4. Flip the chicken thighs and add the halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet around the chicken.
