- 2 chicken thighs - skin-on, bone-in
- 200 grams Brussels sprouts - halved
- 60 ml heavy cream
- 30 grams grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley - chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and thyme, then place them skin-side down in the skillet. Sear for about 5-7 minutes until the skin is golden brown.
- Flip the chicken thighs and add the halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet around the chicken.
