Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs - 400 grams
  • Brussels sprouts - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet.
  3. In the same bowl, coat the chicken thighs with the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the baking sheet alongside the Brussels sprouts.
