- Chicken breast - 300 grams
- Fresh broccoli - 200 grams
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Cheddar cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Almond milk - 1/4 cup
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken breast, seasoned with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
