- Bacon - 100 grams, chopped
- Chicken broth - 500 ml
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Cream cheese - 50 grams, softened
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, diced
- Celery - 1 stalk, diced
- Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, then remove and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pot.
