Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts - 300 grams
  • 4 slices of bacon - 120 grams
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream - 120 ml
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese - 60 grams
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing - 60 ml
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil - 15 ml
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 5 grams
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder - 5 grams
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper - 2 grams
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt - 3 grams
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley - 10 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sear the chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the seared chicken breasts in the skillet.
  6. Crumble the bacon and sprinkle it over the chicken, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 75°C or 165°F).
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
