Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts - 300 grams
- 4 slices of bacon - 120 grams
- 1/2 cup heavy cream - 120 ml
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese - 60 grams
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing - 60 ml
- 1 tablespoon olive oil - 15 ml
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 5 grams
- 1 teaspoon onion powder - 5 grams
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper - 2 grams
- 1/2 teaspoon salt - 3 grams
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley - 10 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sear the chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the cream mixture over the seared chicken breasts in the skillet.
- Crumble the bacon and sprinkle it over the chicken, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 75°C or 165°F).
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
