Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Avocado - 1 medium
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  5. While the chicken is cooking, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
