- Chicken breast - 300 grams
- Asparagus - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
