Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets - 200 grams
  • Heavy cream - 120 milliliters
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning, and cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
