- Heavy cream - 120 ml
- Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 30 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini to create noodles and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted.
- Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let rest before slicing.
