Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Pickles - 50 grams, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef and mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, eggs, and mustard. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Add the cooked beef mixture and pickles to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until well combined.
