- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- Eggs - 2 large
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Pickles - 50 grams, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef and mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, eggs, and mustard. Whisk until smooth.
