Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large leaves
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Pickles - 50 grams, sliced
  • Mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper, mixing thoroughly.
  2. Form the beef mixture into two equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place the cheddar cheese slices on top of the patties and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
