- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon (minced)

Steps
- Start by ricing the cauliflower using a food processor or grater until it resembles rice grains.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced bell pepper and carrot to the skillet, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
