  • black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • unsalted butter - 4 tablespoons
  • hot sauce (like Frank's RedHot) - 1/4 cup
  • celery sticks - 100 grams (for serving)
  • blue cheese dressing - 50 grams (for serving)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
