Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Zucchini - 2 medium (about 300 grams)
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Buffalo sauce - 60 ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Green onions - 2 stalks (for garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create zoodles and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breast, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
