- Zucchini - 2 medium (about 300 grams)
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Buffalo sauce - 60 ml
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Green onions - 2 stalks (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams (for garnish)
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create zoodles and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breast, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
