Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 50g
  • Cocoa powder - 20g
  • Erythritol - 30g
  • Butter - 30g
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish (approximately 8x4 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter, then add erythritol, vanilla extract, and the egg, whisking until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a thick batter forms.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
