- Cocoa powder - 20g
- Erythritol - 30g
- Butter - 30g
- Egg - 1 large
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish (approximately 8x4 inches) with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter, then add erythritol, vanilla extract, and the egg, whisking until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a thick batter forms.
