Ingredients

  • Eggs - 4 large

  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Almond flour tortillas - 2

Steps

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
