Ingredients

  • large eggs - 4
  • heavy cream - 60 ml
  • cooked breakfast sausage - 100 g, crumbled
  • fresh spinach - 50 g, chopped
  • cheddar cheese - 60 g, shredded
  • cream cheese - 30 g, softened
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped spinach until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the sautéed spinach, crumbled sausage, and dollops of cream cheese evenly across the bottom.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the egg mixture.
