- large eggs - 4
- heavy cream - 60 ml
- cooked breakfast sausage - 100 g, crumbled
- fresh spinach - 50 g, chopped
- cheddar cheese - 60 g, shredded
- cream cheese - 30 g, softened
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped spinach until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the sautéed spinach, crumbled sausage, and dollops of cream cheese evenly across the bottom.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
