  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Taco seasoning - 1 tablespoon
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Shredded lettuce - 1 cup
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime - 1, for juice

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the shredded mozzarella cheese in small mounds (about 1/4 cup each) on the baking sheet, flattening them slightly to form circles.
  4. Bake the cheese in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove and let cool slightly to harden.
