Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 150 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Low-carb tortillas - 2 pieces
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Jalapeños, sliced (optional) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper, stirring well to combine.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the sliced jalapeños if using.
  5. Place one low-carb tortilla in a clean skillet over medium heat.
  6. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on half of the tortilla.
  7. Add half of the cooked beef mixture on top of the cheese, then fold the tortilla over.
  8. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
  9. Repeat the process with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
  10. Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.
