- Ground beef - 250 grams
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 150 grams
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Low-carb tortillas - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Jalapeños, sliced (optional) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper, stirring well to combine.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the sliced jalapeños if using.
- Place one low-carb tortilla in a clean skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on half of the tortilla.
- Add half of the cooked beef mixture on top of the cheese, then fold the tortilla over.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
- Repeat the process with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.
