Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
  • Bell pepper (red or green) - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced into 1 cm thick rounds
  • Red onion - 1 medium, cut into wedges
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Add beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for better flavor).
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. While the grill is heating, prepare the vegetables by skewering the marinated beef, bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion alternately onto skewers.
