Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300g
  • Fresh spinach - 150g
  • Cream cheese - 100g
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 50g
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Onion powder - 1 tsp
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Egg - 1 large

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and egg. Mix until smooth.
  5. Add the beef and spinach mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
