  • Radishes - 200 grams, halved
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 small, diced
  • Beef broth - 100 milliliters
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
