Ingredients
- Beef sirloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
- Bell peppers (red and green) - 1 of each, sliced
- Onion - 1 medium, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce (or coconut aminos) - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce (optional) - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and season with black pepper and salt. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and add the sliced onions and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent.
- Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until they begin to soften.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
